To contact a GameOp for any assistance you require, please try contact one in-server by typing !admin (one will respond if online via remote), or look in the Soldat channel on The Arena client.
In The Arena (aka cogs), Ops have a [GameOp] tag at the end of their name.
You can also find GameOps on IRC, at #aus.gather

Yeah, they should be more hypocritical in their Admin/Mod selections.
